3D Modeling Class for Beginners – Kids & Teens

This class is an introduction to the world of Computer Aided Design (CAD). We will cover the basics of using Tinkercad in order to make 3D models for personal projects. This class will be geared towards teens and young adults.

Instagram is one of the most popular social media platforms used today. Instagram is a quick and efficient way to share all your favorite pictures and videos to multiple people at once. This class will go over topics such as creating a profile, creating a post, messaging, and more. 

Introduction to Using Vinyl
Tuesday, April 9, 5:30-6:30 PM
Learn the basics of using the Cricut to create different projects with adhesive vinyl. We will cover designing, weeding, transferring, and other tips and tricks. After the class, we will create a fun spring themed project!

Facebook Basics

Facebook is a terrific way to stay connected with friends and family and share ideas and thoughts with other people on the internet. This class will give you the tools to enter the social media world. Topics include creating an account, setting up a profile, making a post, Facebook groups, and navigating the website/app. 

iPhone Tips & Tricks

Want to learn how to better optimize your iPhone experience? You know the basics, but you are seeking more useful tips and suggestions. This is the class for you. This class is a continuation and expansion of the iPhone basics class. 

Introduction to Heat Transfer Vinyl
Tuesday, May 21, 5:30-6:30 PM
Learn the basics of using the Cricut to create different projects with heat transfer vinyl. We will cover designing, weeding, transferring, layering vinyl, and other tips and tricks. After the class, we will create a fun summer themed project!

Tech Talk sessions are tailored to meet the specific needs of the individual. Book a 30-minute appointment with our Technology Coordinator or our Guiding Ohio Online Technology Trainers to have in-depth technical assistance on topics such as starting an email account, smart devices, downloading e-books and audiobooks, using the Internet, or other computer basics.
