Custom Creations: Adhesive Vinyl Basics – Ages 18+
Monday, April 13, 5:00-7:00 PM
Learn how to use adhesive vinyl with the Cricut to personalize items. In this class, we will be creating personalized bookmarks and keychains.


iPhone Tips & Tricks Level 2 – Ages 18+
Wednesday, April 15, 1:00-2:00 PM
You know the basics and a few tips and tricks, but are interested in knowing more? Good news! In this continuation of the first tips and tricks class, we will expand upon previous topics and go over new features introduced with newer iPhone models.


Spotting AI – Ages 18+

AI is rapidly becoming part of nearly all digital content online, making it harder to tell what’s real and what’s generated. This class introduces AI-created content and how to recognize the signs that something was made by AI.


Custom Creations: Sublimation Basics – Ages 18+
Monday, April 27, 5:00-7:00 PM
Learn how the dye sublimation process works! We will walk through the science behind it, materials needed, and create your own custom item to take home. We will have coasters, bookmarks, keychains, and more to choose from!

Laser Engraving Basics – Ages 18+

Join our tech trainer for a guided introduction to laser engraving. Learn the basics of how to use the library’s new xTool Laser Engraver and the xTool Creative Space software for all of your craft project needs.  If you attended the last engraving class, please allow others the opportunity to attend.


Android Tips & Tricks Level 2 – Ages 18+

In this class, we will continue building on the topics discussed in the first tips-and-tricks class. We will also go over new techniques and more advanced features to further your ability to use your Android device confidently.


Digital Conversion Basics – Ages 18+
Monday, May 11, 5:00-6:00 PM
May is National Historic Preservation Month. Celebrate by learning how to preserve your old photos, documents, film, videos, and tapes. This program will give you an introduction to using the many digital conversion machines in the Makerspace, including: the photo & document scanner, Kodak slide scanner, cassette tape converter, and the 8mm film/ VHS conversion process.


Intro to Cloud Storage – Ages 18+

Cloud storage services are a great way to back up and share your files. In this class, we’ll learn the basics of how cloud storage works and explore some of the most popular options.


Intro to Crypto Currency and Digital Wallets – Ages 18+

Curious about cryptocurrency but not sure where to start? This beginner-friendly class will provide a clear, straightforward introduction to what cryptocurrency is, how it works, and what it’s used for. You’ll also learn what a digital wallet is and gain practical tips for safely managing and protecting your digital assets.
