Donations & Gifts

Memorial and gift contributions to the library serve as a living tribute to a person, or an expression of honor. These contributions can be any amount, and will go towards the selection of an item suitable for the library’s collection. You may choose to dedicate a book, CD, or DVD for the collection. Topical suggestions are always welcomed, or staff can choose an appropriate subject.

When a memorial or gift contribution is made, a note of recognition will be sent to the person(s) you designate. In addition, you will also be given a receipt to acknowledge your contribution. A book plate designating the honored person’s name and the donor’s name will be placed on the item itself.

Unrestricted gifts presented to the library are recorded in the Registration Book of Donations on display in the library. Gifts of one hundred dollars or more are further recognized by an engraved name plaque on the Donor Board located in the library lobby.

All gifts and memorials benefit the community, and we are very grateful for your support and help in furthering our services.
