We are excited to be offering Out of State cards to our non-Ohio residents beginning August 1, 2024!
If you live in the Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Kentucky, Indiana, or Michigan, you can now apply for a card with the Columbiana Public Library. At the time of registration, you will be asked to pay a $10 registration fee. This fee will be charged each year when the card is renewed.
You will begin as a New Patron and will be permitted to borrow up to 10 items at once (including up to 5 video games). After two months, your account will be upgraded to a Public Patron and you will be able to check out telescopes, hotspots, and have an increased borrowing limit.
